Objective:Boulder, CO based entrepreneur wished to introduce an innovative social networking technology to college students before bringing the product to market. Strategy:Brand Ambassadors created an interactive event footprint at the Colorado University at Boulder including giveaways and contests and allowed students to try YapTime on their own mobile devices. In partnership with the on-campus events, Brand Ambassadors targeted area bars catering to college students over 21 as well as college sporting events. Brand Ambassadors engaged bar-goers and students by demonstrating the service on iPads as well as assisting consumers with installing the free service on their own smart-phones.
